This was the slogan of our restaurant in Belgium which we will certainly take with us to our home, 

here in Spain!

Finca Popoli, our home, is located in the beautiful village Bolulla. At the foot of the Sierra de Bernia, just 20 minutes drive from Altea (Costa Blanca).

Here we let you enjoy Pascal's gourmet dishes, combined with the exceptional views of the Sierra de Bernia and the valley.

All dishes are always prepared according to the season andChef Pascal's inspiration, without compromise on quality. No compromise on quality means the space to create according to

the Chefs choice.  For this we take the liberty not to communicate fixed dishes in the menu.

Chef Pascal always opts for sustainable animal ingredients and preparations. The dishes often created with fish and meat, balanced and well-considered. All dishes are prepared with the utmost care and love, using sustainable and fresh products. As a result, adjustments are not possible.
If really necessary, we take into account serious allergies such as shellfish, crustaceans and nuts. Please also report this when booking, so that the necessary adjustments can be provided.

As we are not a restaurant, we do not have fixed opening hours and are very happy to

welcome you with a reservation no later than 4 days in advance!

TIP: Our house is located on "de campo". For the best experience, the most beautiful views and the easiest driving experience ;)  we advise to book in the afternoon.
