In the mountains inland from Altea, we prepare a limited number of private gastronomic experiences at our own guest table.

Pascal creates a seasonal Chef’s Choice menu.
Caroline complements the experience with carefully selected wines, premium alcohol-free pairings or a combination of both.

On each occasion, we welcome one private party of 6 to 10 guests.
No other tables — just gastronomy, hospitality and pairing in a personal setting.

THE FINCA POPOLI EXPERIENCE

An afternoon at Finca Popoli is not about choosing from a menu, but about placing your trust in the chef.

Pascal creates one Chef’s Choice menu based on the season, the quality of the available ingredients and his inspiration at that moment.

The dishes are deliberately not announced in advance. This gives him the freedom to create each experience as one coherent gastronomic journey.

A PERSONAL WELCOME

The experience begins at a relaxed pace with an aperitif at the bar, in the kitchen or on the terrace. Afterwards, the party takes a seat at our guest table.

CHEF’S CHOICE

There is no à la carte menu and no selection of dishes fixed in advance. Pascal determines the rhythm and structure of the gastronomic experience.

PAIRING

With each course, Caroline serves a carefully composed pairing: entirely alcohol-free, with selected wines or combining both.

The Finca Popoli Experience consists of one Chef’s Choice tasting menu.

It is created according to the season, the quality of the available ingredients and Pascal’s inspiration.

We deliberately do not announce fixed dishes in advance. This gives Pascal the freedom to work with the finest ingredients available at that moment.

Each experience is composed as one coherent gastronomic journey.

For the 0.0 pairing, Caroline selects premium alcohol-free drinks from our own import portfolio,

complemented by other gastronomic references.

The wines are carefully selected from local and other quality wineries.

Everything we serve is selected for its flavour, quality and gastronomic versatility — without compromise.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The Finca Popoli Experience is designed for one private party of 6 to 10 guests.

We welcome guests on a limited number of selected Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, by prior arrangement only.

Arrival at 1:30 pm

Finishing at approximately 5:00 pm

During July and August, due to the heat, the experience may exceptionally take place in the evening.
