Her focus is on clear choices, strong commercial relationships and translating a brand’s identity into a workable strategy for the Spanish market.

Pascal brings gastronomic expertise, product sensitivity and practical knowledge of hospitality service.

He evaluates every brand through the reality of a professional drinks list: flavour, presentation, serving occasion, pairing and commercial relevance for the establishment.

PRIVATE DINING AT FINCA POPOLI

Alongside our professional activity, Pascal and Caroline welcome a limited number of private groups at their guest table in Bolulla.

It is a separate gastronomic experience for one private group, built around a Chef’s Choice menu, personal hospitality and wine and 0.0 pairings.
