Graduated from the hotel school in Ghent in 1986.
Pascal (°1966) has a real passion for preparing high-quality products.
More than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, both as a chef and in sales.
He also has 10 years of experience as a distribution manager.
For 12 years he was the chef and owner of the restaurant ‘De Pastorie’ (De Pinte, Belgium).
During this period, he received numerous awards for his knowledge and craftsmanship.
The honourable listings followed one another: Guide Michelin, Gault&Millau, NorthSeaChefs,...
In 2017, he was inaugurated as Masterchef among the 33 Masterchefs of Belgium.
In 2022, the restaurant was taken over by a promising young chef.
And then it was time to fulfil the next dream: moving to and working in Spain!
Of course, the boundless passion for cooking remains the centre of attention here.
Pascal works in the Costa Blanca as Chef Consultant for fellow chefs and restaurants.
In 2025, he started an exclusive import business, aimed specifically at catering customers.
The Spanish market is completely ready for the very best products, selected according to the latest trends.
Non-alcoholic aperitifs are the first products in the range.
He loves sharing his knowledge and passion for the best products and the best ingredients.
