I had long been searching for an alcohol-free beverage that could truly satisfy our guests, and Buloo has exceeded expectations.
A subtle entry, with a fine bubble reminiscent of a sparkling wine, and a hint of bay leaf that, together with rooibos, provides just the right aromatic lift. Not sweet, but refined, with a pleasant mouthfeel and a dry finish — perfect for cleansing and preparing the palate for the next courses.
Nona, on the other hand, is the perfect alcohol-free aperitif or digestif, expanding premium no-alcohol options without compromising on quality.

As a chef and member of the 33 Masterchefs, I am always looking for products that reflect the same authenticity and refinement I demand in my kitchen. NONA and Buloo had already proven their quality in our restaurant in Belgium: premium, complex and gastronomic.
In Spain, we found nothing that matched this level. This is why we decided to import them ourselves — so that chefs, sommeliers and gastronomy lovers here can also enjoy what had been missing until now.
