A ton of commercial experience that started as a sales representative and grew

into a sales and marketing manager for the European continent.
The entrepreneurial spirit bubbled up and she started her own business as a consultant for restructuring and crisis management.
Networking, getting the right people in the right place, negotiating and communicating...
With her eternal optimism, of course!
It's Caroline's personal nature.

Together with her husband, Pascal, they started a successful gourmet restaurant in Belgium for 12 years. This was taken over by a young, dynamic chef in May 2022.
The ‘business bug’ soon started to itch and they combined their two passions in one company in Spain.

For Caroline, it now means sharing the combination of all her knowledge and experience with her clients.

In 2024, I studied in Spanish and obtained her certificate as a registered real estate specialist. In the meantime, she's entered in the ‘Registro de Agentes de Intermediación Inmobiliaria de la Comunitat Valenciana’ (RAICV).

These studies have given her more knowledge and access to the Spanish market. Not only  in terms of real estate, but also in terms of general legislation and contacts.
Real estate is more than just a building, it is a solid investment in the future. As an entrepreneur as well as a private individual.
It is better to do it properly and with a reliable partner who looks after your interests.

Her commercial talents and extensive experience are the perfect combination to strongly expand their activities in Spain.

Since 2025, she and her partner have been developing the exclusive import company for premium gourmet products, starting with a non-alcoholic range. 

New projects that she is working on with her well known great enthusiasm.
