The chef - 33 Masterchef of Belgium

Graduated in 1986 from the hotel school in Ghent.

Pascal (°1966) has a real passion for preparing high-quality products.

More than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with an interval of 10 years as a manager in a completely different sector.

For 12 years he was chef - owner of restaurant"De Pastorie" (De Pinte, Belgium).

During this period he received numerous recognitions for his knowledge and craftsmanship.

The honorable quotations followed one another: Guide Michelin, Gault&Millau, NorthSeaChefs,...

In 2017, he was inaugurated as Masterchef at the 33Master Chefs of Belgium.

In 2022, the restaurant was taken over by a promising young chef. 

It was time to fulfill another dream: moving to and working in Spain!

Of course, the boundless passion for cooking remains central here.

 

Pascal works in the Costa Blanca as Chef Consultant for fellow chefs and restaurants. 

Pure enjoyment of his gastronomic dishes can be experienced in a Private Dining formula.

Both at our home, in Finca Popoli (as of March 2023), and at your location.
